Mood and anxiety are key factors to impaired sleep. Whether you have difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep, not getting enough rest has a huge impact on ones physical and emotional well-being. Talking about your emotions and finding helpful coping skills is a long-term project for therapy. Poor sleep quality can be a symptom of on-going stress and/or mental health issues.
