The six approaches listed are: Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Therapy, Family and Couples Therapy, and Group Therapy. My practice primarily incorporates psychodynamic, CBT, elements of DBT, and elements of interpersonal therapy.
